Functioning SME for logistics operations, hardware assets, and property management; within the area of operation. Oversees FOI (Found on Installation) transactions, in effort to ensure items are brought to record; utilizing GCSS-Army; for disposition; to DLA or DRMO and or Repairable to CONUS Depot. Tracks Backlogs and Mis shipped or late deliveries. Utilizes RFID number to track shipments in IGC, LIW or WebVLips. Monitors the 10%, 15% and 100% Inventories outcomes, and analyze/review any IARs when applicable and looks for a favorable resolution. Routinely, monitors procurements and assists by authorizing ZDIRECTS (SSA to SSA) transfers. Periodically, authorize Excess Run, per regulations. Maintains and holds hand receipt for property and issues sub-hand receipt when required. Research Customer Turn-ins and ensure processed and expected credit is issued to Units/Customers. Routinely, inspect property/equipment via PMCS. Knowledgeable of Maintenance shop stock and BI (Business Intelligence Reporting). Knowledgeable of RPAT operations, Rolling Stock equipment turn-ins processes. Keen knowledge of various forms, to include; 1348, 1149, 1750, 3161 and 2062. Oversee Demand Analysis and provide input, monitors due-ins and due-outs and assist will filing SDR for any shortages or discrepancies, and follow-up on outcome. Tracks shelf-life and issues based on FIFO. Knowledgeable of Technical Package Data/SOWs, SOPs, FARs and PWs. Last, performs other duties as assigned.
