I'm writing this application to express my interest in the Restaurant Manager position recently advertised in Turks and Caicos. I'm currently employed with Sandals St. Vincent as a restaurant manager since the resort opened in March of 2024. During my service as a manager, I have learned to lead effectively with results, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction under the new Forbes 5-star ratings. Communicate with other departments to ensure our guests are happy and willing to come back to any of our lovely resorts. To be successful in the hospitality industry, diversity and inclusion have to play a vital role, not only for ourselves, but also for our guests and staff. I've completed a lot of online training to help me be successful with the company. My goal is to grow successfully with sandals, and to see the company sustain its position as the leading all-inclusive resort in the world. To be a part of Turks and Caicos Sandals will not only help me to be successful, but also to share my experience with the team so they can be successful as well.
